At Stone + Salt Jewelry, we want every experience with us to feel as good as the pieces themselves. Here is what you need to know about cancelling a pre-order.

Pre-Orders Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order enters our production queue and cancellations are no longer guaranteed. If you need to make a change, reach out as soon as possible at hello@stoneandsaltjewelry.com and we will do everything we can to help.

How to Cancel Email us at hello@stoneandsaltjewelry.com with your order number and the subject line "Cancellation Request." We respond within 1 to 2 business days.
