SHIPPING POLICY
We want your Stone + Salt piece to reach you safely and swiftly. Here's what to expect:
PROCESSING TIME
Most in-stock pieces ship within 2-3 business days of your order. We'll send you a tracking number via email once your order ships.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)
• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days via USPS Priority Mail ($8 flat rate)
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail Express ($25)
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150
All domestic shipments include tracking and insurance.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide! International orders ship via USPS First-Class International or Priority Mail International, depending on destination and package weight.
• Shipping times vary by country (typically 7-21 business days)
• Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient
• International orders are not eligible for free shipping
• Tracking is included but may be limited once the package enters your country
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
All shipments are insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at stoneandsaltjewelry@gmail.com. We'll work with the carrier to file a claim and get a replacement sent to you as quickly as possible.
PACKAGE THEFT
We're not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. We recommend:
• Shipping to a secure location (workplace, trusted neighbor, etc.)
• Using a package locker or P.O. box
• Requiring a signature at checkout (available for an additional fee)
If you're concerned about porch theft, contact us before placing your order and we'll help you choose the best delivery option.
