LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Stone + Salt Jewelry is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

We are not responsible for:

• Normal wear and tear on jewelry

• Loss or theft of jewelry after delivery

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
