RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your Stone + Salt piece. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it work.

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

WHAT'S RETURNABLE

• In-stock pieces in original condition
• Pieces that don't fit (see our resizing policy below)
• Pieces that arrive damaged or defective (we'll cover return shipping)

WHAT'S NOT RETURNABLE

• Pieces that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• Final sale items (marked as such at checkout)
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Email us at stoneandsaltjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

EXCHANGES

We're happy to exchange your piece for a different size or style (if available). Email us to arrange an exchange. If there's a price difference, we'll send you an invoice or refund the difference.

RESIZING

For fabricated and wire-wrapped rings and bracelets: If your piece doesn't fit, I can resize most styles within 1-2 sizes. Contact me at stoneandsaltjewelry@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. You cover return shipping to me, and I'll resize it at no charge and ship it back to you for free.

For cast rings (like the Teton collection): These pieces are currently only available in one size and cannot be resized. I'm working on expanding size options in the future. If you're unsure about fit, reach out before ordering and I'll help you decide.

After 30 days, resizing is available for a fee (if the design allows). Contact stoneandsaltjewelry@gmail.com for details.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your piece arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us immediately at stoneandsaltjewelry@gmail.com. We'll arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund—your choice.
